Prize Draw terms and conditions

1. This giveaway (the "Prize Draw") is free to enter. No purchase necessary.
2. The Prize Draw will open during the Live Streaming event at 19.00 on Tuesday 1st October 2024, and closes at 20:00 on Tuesday 1st October 2024 (the "Promotional Period").
3. Participants must follow all the "How to enter" rules described above, else their participation in the Prize Draw will be deemed void.
4. The Prize Draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over only, excluding all employees (and their families) of MandM & Stylepit or any company associated or affiliated with MandM.
5. A participant may only enter the Prize Draw once during the Promotional Period.
6. There are two (2) prizes available (each, a "Prize").
7. Each Prize winner will receive 1 prize.
8. Winners will be chosen at random on Tuesday 1st October 2024 during the Live Event. Winners will be contacted directly via their Meta account.
9. Winners must respond to MandM via Facebook within forty-eight (48) hours of being contacted, with their full name, email address, telephone number and home address. If a selected winner does not respond within this time, their Prize will be forfeit and MandM will, without further notice, select an alternate Prize winner at random or withdraw the prize in entirety.
10. Winners will be sent their Prize to their home address via standard delivery within twenty-eight (28) days.
11. This Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta. Participants understand that they are providing information to MandM and not to Meta. Entries are subject to Meta’s competition guidelines which can be found here: Facebook.

General terms and conditions

1. The promoter is MandM Limited ("MandM") of 1 Auctioneer Walk, Old Market, Hereford, HR4 9HT, company number 05069228.
2. The decision of MandM is final in all matters. This includes the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend the Prize Draw should it become necessary to do so. MandM also reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
3. By entering the Prize Draw, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Moreover, failure to abide by these Terms and Conditions may result in a participant's exclusion from the Prize Draw and/or forfeiture of a Prize as appropriate.
4. Entries that do not follow the Prize Draw terms and conditions, or that are late, will not be accepted. MandM will take no responsibility for entries that are delayed or incomplete.
5. Prizes are non-exchangeable and non-transferable. No cash Prize or alternative Prize will be made available.
6. MandM cannot accept responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any participant entering the Prize Draw or as a result of accepting any Prize.
7. Nothing shall exclude MandM's liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
8. Winners may be asked to provide a photograph of themselves suitable for publication. However, their consent will be sought prior to disclosure within any media.
9. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely to administer the Prize Draw and for no other purpose including marketing without the individual's prior consent.
10. This Prize Draw and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
11. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
12. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by [English] law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [England].
13. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
