How do I sign up?
After you've popped your brand new goodies in your basket, head over to the checkout. When you're picking how you want your products to arrive, just go ahead and click one of our 'Unlimited Delivery' options.
Once you're all done in the checkout, your selected Unlimited Delivery will kick in and your order will be delivered straight to your door with either Standard or Express Delivery. Take a look at our delivery times below - or check out our Delivery FAQ's for more information.

Is my postcode eligible for Express Delivery?
Our Unlimited Express Delivery is fantastic, and up for grabs in most parts of the UK. But, there’s a few postcodes where we can’t offer it. These are:

AB30-38, AB41-56, FK17-21, G83, HS1-9, IV1-99, KA27-28, KW0-99, PA20-99, PH17-99, ZE1-3
Northern Ireland

On the exclusion list? Don't worry! You can take advantage of our Unlimited Standard Delivery option. You can still enjoy all the good stuff, like free delivery, unlimited orders, exciting announcements in your inbox, and no minimum checkout spend.

Can I upgrade my delivery service from standard to express?
If you purchased our Unlimited Standard delivery in the checkout you won’t be able to upgrade to Unlimited Express delivery until your 12 month membership is up. However, if you need your order quicker you can upgrade your delivery for just £3 per order as many times as you like!
How will I know when my order will arrive?
When your delivery is about to arrive, we'll drop you an email or a text - you may even get a time estimate! If the time doesn't suit you, you can do a little rearranging with your courier. Easy-peasy!
Do bank holidays affect when my order will be delivered?
They might do, but don't worry! When you're at the checkout, we'll give you an exact date of when your order will be with you. For more delivery info please visit our Delivery FAQ's.

For all our Unlimited Deliveries, we use Evri and DPD.

Do cut-off times ever change?
For Unlimited Express delivery, our usual cut-off time is 11pm, but when things get crazy busy, it might shift a little bit. But don’t worry - we’ll give you a heads-up in the checkout about when to expect your order.
Can I cancel my Unlimited Delivery membership?
Sure you can! You can cancel your Unlimited Membership whenever you want. However, the only way you can get a refund is if you have never used the service.
