We know that there are some newer discount etailers that offer poorer service than we do and may not have been around for 25 years, but we are determined that our customers will still get the best prices from a discount etailer they can trust.
We won't be beaten on price by anyone.
We pride ourselves on low prices all year round and not just at sale times. We're so confident our prices are unbeatable that we've come up with the MandMDirect Price Promise.
All we ask is that the item you bought from us is compared against the same item (same brand, size and colour), sold as brand new (not ex-display), in stock and available for delivery.
We also need to verify the price either in writing (for example an advert) or verbally (for example by phoning them up) or checking a rival's website.
There are a couple of exceptions:
We do not match against warehouse or mail order clubs or voucher promotions, either online or in-store. Nor will we match against online auction sites, e.g eBay.
Only valid in the UK and our Euro markets that we ship to directly online. Not valid on other overseas orders.
All delivery charges are excluded from the Price Promise.
Our Price Promise is even valid up to 7 days after purchase and we will refund the difference plus 10%
We will not refund any difference in price on MandMDirect reduced Items, MandMDirect Internet Special Offers or MandMDirect Deal of the Day
Any price difference is applied to full ticket price single items only (i.e. We will not refund the difference on multi-buy purchases)
Email us on pricepromise@mandmdirect.com with details of your claim.
This should include:
- Your MandMDirect Order Number
- Details of the product purchased - item and price paid
- Where you saw the same product advertised or available so we can check your claim
If we find you have a valid claim we will refund you the difference in price PLUS 10% of that difference within 7 days.
Rest assured you can always rely on MandMDirect to have the best prices all year round.
