At MandMDirect.com we are proud of our guaranteed low pricing on all top brands with up to 75% off RRP. But you, our customer, have been telling us that when you order items and an item may not quite fit - or maybe it's just not what you thought it would look like - then it can be costly to return things to us.

Some companies offer free returns but they cannot offer the same low prices we do, so we thought… how can we give our customers a low cost option to return items they may not want?

Well, here it is. We are introducing Pre-paid Returns so that when you order your items you can purchase a personalised return label for only £1.49.

How does it work?

1. At checkout simply add Pre-paid Returns to your basket (to make life easier we've done this for you. Untick if you'd prefer not to use this service).
2. We include a Pre-paid Returns label on your delivery note for returning the item/s that you do not want.
3. To make a return, repackage your items and place the returns label on the parcel and take to your local Collect+ store.
4. Collect+ stores are located across the country. To find your nearest Collect+ store click here.
5. Collect+ stores are located in neighbourhood stores and open 7 days per week, early until late.
6. When your parcel has been returned to MandMDirect.com you will receive an email or text to confirm arrival. A refund or exchange will then be processed within a few days.
