Delivery is normally within 3-5 working days after placing your order, UK mainland only. However, please allow 7 days before contacting our customer services department.
If you do not live within the UK mainland please allow up to 7 working days for delivery.
You may be required to sign for your parcel when it is delivered. If you
are not at home when the parcel arrives, a card will be left for you to
arrange an alternative delivery date with the courier.

Please remember to include your Customer Number (if known), your full
name and postcode when corresponding by email.

Express Delivery
Express Delivery (UK Mainland Only) £6.99
Orders must be placed by Noon Monday to Thursday to be delivered
the following day. Orders placed on a Thursday after Noon and Friday before Noon
will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed on a Friday after Noon, Saturday or Sunday
will be delivered on a Tuesday.
Delivery Restrictions
Express Delivery can only be selected for orders within Mainland UK. If Express Delivery can not be used in your area; delivery will default to the standard service.

Your postage charge will cost you the same regardless of the number of
