Delivery Details & Cost

Standard Courier delivery.

We deliver 6 days per week including Saturdays in most parts of the UK using local couriers.

Delivery is normally within 3-5 working days after placing your order. However, if you haven’t received your parcel after 7 working days please contact our customer service department.

Please note Bank Holidays are not working days so please allow for this before contacting us.

If you do not live within the UK mainland please allow up to 7 working days for delivery. If you are a BFPO customer, we will deliver your parcel to British Forces Post Office within 3-5 working days, please then allow up to 20 days for your order to reach your base.

You may be required to sign for your parcel when it is delivered. If you are not at home when the parcel arrives, a card will be left for you to arrange an alternative delivery date with the courier.

UK and BFPO £3.99 however standard delivery is free when you spend £100 or more unless you have a valid promotion code.

Express Delivery

Orders must be placed by Noon Monday to Thursday to be delivered the following day. Orders placed on a Thursday after Noon and Friday before Noon will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed on a Friday after Noon, Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on a Tuesday.

Express Delivery (UK Mainland Only) £6.99

Express Delivery Restrictions

Express Delivery can only be selected for orders within Mainland UK. If Express Delivery can not be used in your area; delivery will default to the standard courier service.

International Orders

We now deliver to Germany, Eire, France, The Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Luxembourg, Finland, Monaco, Sweden, Romania, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Poland, Hungry, Slovenia, Estonia, Slovakia, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Malta, Greece and Cyprus by placing your order on MandMDirect.com. Please select the relevant country flag on the currency change menu on our homepage and place your order online. Delivery costs are detailed by country and for all personal orders.
