About MandMDirect.com
What do we do?
MandMDirect.com is one of the UK's leading fashion, lifestyle and sports etailers selling the world’s top brands – Diesel, Miss Sixty, Full Circle, Nike, Adidas, Bench, Timberland, Berghaus, Rockport, Puma, Henleys and loads more, all with savings of up to 75% off.
How can we sell top brands so cheaply compared to the high street?
Savvy shoppers know we have been delivering savings and offering great deals on top brands since 1987. We don’t waste money on expensive retail outlets but bring you the savings by buying end-of-line clearance from all your favourite brands and selling them via our website or our catalogue directly to you, so cutting out the middleman. And as half our stock is current season, if you missed that amazing pair of jeans at the beginning of the season you’ve still time to grab a limited edition bargain!
Once it's gone it's gone!
Stock is limited so once it's gone it’s gone, but with around 5000 products on line – four times as many as in our catalogue - and new products added every day you will always be able to find a new bargain. Plus, with 100% secure website, fantastic customer service and a no-quibble money back guarantee, shopping from the comfort of your own home has never been easier!
How big are we?
Larger than you’d think! Based in the beautiful Herefordshire countryside, mandmdirect.com has purpose-built warehousing and a new UK based Call Centre. We employ around 450 dedicated staff, taking on an extra 280 temporary staff to help us over the busy Christmas period, so enabling us to deliver the best customer service possible.
You love us too!
We have consistently been in the Hitwise top 6 online Apparel and Accessories and Sports and Lifestyle etailer categories; we were Winners in the Consumer Category for Outdoor Pursuits, Sports at the Ecmod Awards 2007 and had nominations for Drapers Etailer of the Year 2009 and for Retail Week Etailer of the Year 2009. We were also 2nd in the Sunday Times Fast Track 2008.
