How do I join?
Simply select MandM Premier when selecting your delivery at checkout and pay for your items. It will activate for you straight away and your order will be delivered for free.
How do I return my item?
With every order you'll get a prepaid collect+ returns label. Simply follow the instructions below.
- Complete the returns slip included with your order and place in your parcel
- Peel off the Collect+ label at the bottom of your advice note and securely attach it to your parcel.
- Take your parcel to your nearest Collect+ store, they will scan the label and give you a receipt with your unique tracking reference number. Please keep this safe for proof of return.
Collect+ is available at thousands of local stores open early until late, 7 days a week. You can find your nearest store by visiting
collectplus.co.uk. The Collect+ service can be used for parcels up to 10kg and includes online tracking and insurance up to £100.

Can I have my orders delivered to other addresses?
Yes. Your billing and email address must remain the same, but you can choose any mainland UK address for delivery
What if I change my details or move?
If your email, billing address or postcode change, please let us know, otherwise the service will not be applied to your order.
Can I cancel MandM Premier?
