With the biggest brands and lowest prices all year round at MandM we are always on sale. We're so confident in our prices that if you find one of our products at a lower price that day we'll give you Double the Difference.
We check our prices daily so you don't have to. In the unlikely instance you find the same product for less, we'll refund double the difference!
All we ask is that the item you bought from us is compared against exactly the same item (same brand, size and colour), sold as brand new and
is in stock and available for delivery. We’ll then verify the price either in writing, e.g. an advert or verbally, e.g. by calling them or by
checking their website.
If you place an order and find the item at a lower price that day simply email
pricepromise@mandmdirect.com or call us on 0871 200 5000*
You’ll need to have the below to hand:
- Your MandM Direct Order Number
- Details of the product purchased - item and price paid
- Where you saw the same product advertised or available so we can check your claim
Once we have validated the price, we will give you Double the Difference.
There are a couple of exceptions:
- We do not match against mail order clubs or online auction sites, for instance eBay or marketplaces such as Amazon.
- We do not match against products using vouchers or discount codes.

All delivery charges are excluded from the MandMPrice Promise.
- Our Price Promise is only valid for the day the item is bought
- Any price difference is applied to full ticket price single items only (i.e. No multi-buy purchases)
- We cannot match against other MandM Direct sites and exchange rate variances.
